All consultation materials, resources, frameworks and documents remain the intellectual property of Careers By Samantha Grace. They are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, reproduced, published, resold or used commercially without written permission.

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided your consultation has not already taken place and personalised work has not commenced.

Refund requests received more than 24 hours after purchase will not be accepted for change of mind, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your consultation. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a late rescheduling fee may apply at the reasonable discretion of Careers By Samantha Grace.

If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without notice, your session may be forfeited at the reasonable discretion of Careers By Samantha Grace.

Refund and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to Careers By Samantha Grace.
